Have you ever thought of what makes a person unique or even fit into a group or click. Maybe else because their family is healthy or maybe it’s because they wear designer clothes or have luxurious jewelry and cars but I’m here to tell you now that’s not always the case. Sure from time to time you will get people that hunt for others that fit those criteria and if you ever met someone like that just turned the other way because that’s not the way you should hunt for friends.        People that think that they need to do certain things, have a certain amount of money, have certain shoes and jewelry to fit in should realize that doing so does it make you who you are. #8 Traits every leader should have

Being a leader of a group or just to a person is just more than just telling people what to do, you don't have to be in-charge to become a leader either. But it does take skill and certain traits to become a successful leader. I believe that every leader should have these traits in their arsenal. 1. Leading by Example:  Leading by example may sound easy but only a few leaders could be successful and consistent with this. Practicing what they preach with their action is very difficult particularly for new leaders.  2. Letting others speak A successful leader will encourage others to speak up. #7 the importances of fresh

Watching the movie fresh opened my eyes. It made me look at food differently, and I truly believe that was the purpose of this film. As you watch the film you realize that the audience is, it’s your average Joe. The audience is for all the Consumers in the world that don’t know what’s in their food or how it was processed. The film showcased a lot of great qualities. For example the tone, the tone was informal. I believe that this tone was the best approach for a topic like this. Well why you ask, this is my reasoning behind this statement. The message in the film is totally true but not everybody is going to change their eating habits due to this film. With a topic like this you don’t want to force your audience to do something they enjoy doing. It's best to give them the cons and the effects. Tons of people love fast food. You don’t want to bash someone for what they like to do its best to give them information to consider and hopefully change for the better. T
