#7 the importances of fresh

  


Watching the movie fresh opened my eyes. It made me look at food differently, and I truly believe that

was the purpose of this film. As you watch the film you realize that the audience is, it’s your average Joe.

The audience is for all the Consumers in the world that don’t know what’s in their food or how it was

processed.



The film showcased a lot of great qualities. For example the tone, the tone was informal. I believe that


this tone was the best approach for a topic like this. Well why you ask, this is my reasoning behind this


statement. The message in the film is totally true but not everybody is going to change their eating habits


due to this film. With a topic like this you don’t want to force your audience to do something they enjoy


doing. It's best to give them the cons and the effects. Tons of people love fast food. You don’t want to


bash someone for what they like to do its best to give them information to consider and hopefully change


for the better.




This film matters, it shows you what the food industry doesn't tell you about food; it's truly an eye-


opener. Overall this film was great and it had a positive message with reliable resources. Some people


are going to continue to eat poorly, that's just the way the world works. If you never watch this film watch


it, it’s up to you to change your eating habits not just because the film says so but because you want to


better yourself.

Entry #3 fresh and flavorful

  Have you ever consumed something that made your mouth feel Suddenly fresh and somewhat cool and a flavor so strong that it clears your nose well let me tell you about my experience. Let’s say I did a little experiment that involves a blindfold and a various amount of little snacks that would leave your breath brand new. The goal was to describe the feeling and the experience of an unknown treat while I blindfolded that my partner picked at random. My partner in my experiment handed me a container to open as he placed it in my hand. I shook the container. It seemed like it was a box of Skittles, then I proceeded to open the box as I reached into it. It seemed like it was something round with a hole in the middle.The next thing I do is smell it, it smelled crisp and rich as I popped it in my mouth and the taste hit my tongue. Entry #4 The motivation

   Sometimes it’s hard to muster up the motivation to work out. It's hard to work out and go to the gym consistently. Some people don’t work out because they think they don’t have the time and some people just don’t have the motivation. I’ll try to go to the gym at least three times a week, but even I lose motivation time to time to workout and I consider myself as an active person.
