I have a few pet peeve as well they're Lairs, People who interrupt others constantly/ keep cutting you off when talking, Laziness, and False claiming.



My goal is to get my masters in exercise science and become a physical therapist, and what makes me unique is my creatively and my attitude.

Entry #3 fresh and flavorful

  Have you ever consumed something that made your mouth feel Suddenly fresh and somewhat cool and a flavor so strong that it clears your nose well let me tell you about my experience. Let’s say I did a little experiment that involves a blindfold and a various amount of little snacks that would leave your breath brand new. The goal was to describe the feeling and the experience of an unknown treat while I blindfolded that my partner picked at random. My partner in my experiment handed me a container to open as he placed it in my hand. I shook the container. It seemed like it was a box of Skittles, then I proceeded to open the box as I reached into it. It seemed like it was something round with a hole in the middle.The next thing I do is smell it, it smelled crisp and rich as I popped it in my mouth and the taste hit my tongue. Entry #4 The motivation

   Sometimes it’s hard to muster up the motivation to work out. It's hard to work out and go to the gym consistently. Some people don’t work out because they think they don’t have the time and some people just don’t have the motivation. I’ll try to go to the gym at least three times a week, but even I lose motivation time to time to workout and I consider myself as an active person. I am going to give you some tips how to gain motivation to work out big or small. Define your ‘why’ You can’t always rely on external factors, such as a vacation, to motivate you. Defining your “why” for exercise will give you a personal or emotional investment in your goals. Schedule it in your calendar Decide what type of workout you’ll do, for how long, and where.
